It's a movie made by Giga called Muscle Heroine (筋肉戦隊マッスルファイブ). Some of Japanese AV actresses are supposed to be "muscular", but none are very big. Although I found most of them pretty attractive. Her name is Yokoyama Shoko 横山翔子.
