I have found something from back in the days even the Nostalgic show called Mega Babies and is about 3 babies granted superpowers to save the day. This show was has a black humor and dark comedy and it's really disturb and disgusting with poop jokes. I been discuss this show is a rip off of Rugrats and The Powerpuff Girls. Yes, 3 babies have muscle growth...only their arms. One of the main characters named Meg who has a pink skin and green hair also have on the muscle growth only 34 episodes of her muscle growth on her arms.
